Dowd San Diego visit

Cathy and the kids came out to visit in June. We played at home, work, beach, Sea World, Navy Base and the Wild Animal Park. It was a fun filled adventure.

Mud Run at Camp Pendleton

Wild times on Sunday June 8th. I had a great time with 4 other people from work. We ran 6 miles and a lot of obstacles including wading neck deep through a lake, climbing 2 five foot walls and yes crawling through the mud. Lots of fun. Took a while to get mud out of all of the places!!!

Clifford update

Clifford is a very fun guy. He is 8 months old now. He helps shop at Home Depot (only store that lets him in) and climbs ladders and goes down the slide. It keeps Keith and Cliff busy.

Troy's 11th birthdy

Troy had a great 11th birthday. He invited 8 of his friends home from school, laser tag and sleepover. It was wild and very fun.
